The Chirp Wheel+ is backed with a 60-day trial. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it, we will accept it for a refund, if the item is not damaged from negligence. Our Returns Department will inspect each product. If it is returned damaged, we will not process your refund, and Customer Service will notify you.

You will need to return your wheel within 60 calendar days from when your package was delivered to be eligible for return.

If you wish to return your product(s), we will give you a full refund; however, we do not offer free return shipping.
Any original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If you have purchased through Kickstarter or Indiegogo, free return shipping will not be applied.

If you made a purchase with a free add-on product and it is not returned with the wheels, we will charge you full price for the add-on.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Again, if you wish to return your product(s), we will give you a full refund; however, we do not offer free return shipping.
